Tax Associate – Portland, OR
Direct Counsel is seeking a Tax Associate with 2+ years of income tax experience to join the Tax and Benefits Group at a highly regarded firm in Portland. This associate will collaborate with a successful, dynamic team on impactful projects and have access to a full-service bi-coastal platform, supporting both client service and business development. This role offers the opportunity to counsel clients on complex state and federal tax matters, including structuring sophisticated transactions across various industries. Key Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active law license
- LL.M. in Tax
- 2+ years of income tax experience

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $155,000 to $180,000, with adjustments based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
