Senior Account Manager

• Be responsible for day-to-day account management and retention of Providence Health Plan's largest and most complex accounts

• Provide strategic account leadership and oversight, annual renewal negotiations, and annual contract review
• Consult with producers and groups
• Identify opportunities to expand Providence Health Plan services, relationships, and brand
• Balance member and group retention with appropriate loss ratio and NOI targets inclusive of large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

• This is a hybrid role, that will meet with clients throughout the Southwest Oregon Region
• Travel throughout the Southwest Oregon Territory Region is required

Requirements

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience and comfort with public speaking and/or group presentation
