Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm PST. Must be willing to work up to 2 hours of OT weekly as needed.

Millennium Health is seeking a Scheduler/Dispatcher to support our Field Services team. The Scheduler has the authority to act on behalf of the company on a day-to-day basis to coordinate field employee scheduling, dispatching, and supporting scheduling requests. Working closely with Field Service Managers, this position supports staffing needs that align to client requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess healthcare administrative and clerical support experience, be a self-starter, thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment and embrace our values.
- The Scheduler plans, schedules, and assigns field employees to practice locations in partnership with the Field Service Manager.
- Prioritizes staff resources and/or book travel reservations to meet coverage requirements.
- Manages scheduled and unscheduled time off from field staff and ensures appropriate practice coverage.
- Communicates with the Field Service Managers and Sales Reps regarding staffing changes.
- Partners with the Field Service Manager to review new hiring requests to determine staffing needs.
- Manages and updates schedules and practice details in Salesforce.
- Monitors and tracks progress of dispatched shifts to ensure proper coverage.
- Addresses and resolves scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
- Ability to ensure HIPAA, HiTrust, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
- Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience working in customer service where customer experience was emphasized.
- 1+ years of experience using a scheduling tool such as Salesforce Field Service is required.
- Healthcare/biotech experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Teams. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Advanced customer service, problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills with focus on quality and professionalism.
- Ability to effectively address inbound calls, Live Chat, case, and email volume.
- Ability to follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and department policies.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Suitable home office environment free from distractions.

Potential Hiring Range:
- Pay Range: $20-24/hr.
- Salary offered is dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
