Caring for the Cascades — part of Caring for Family of Companies — is seeking an Administrative Registered Nurse. We are looking for a high caliber Nurse to join our world-changing team of professionals dedicated to elevating the education and training of In Home Caregivers, while overseeing our Nursing Program!

Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
- Oversee the Medication Administration and Nursing Program
- Provide Excellent Training and Task Delegation to Caregivers and CNAs
- Assess Clients with specified nursing/medication needs and care plan evaluations
- Collaborate with Client’s PCP as needed
Where We Are - Here is the service area we provide in home caregiving services to:
Eugene and Springfield Oregon Service Area – including Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove, Brownsville, Junction City, Florence, Lane County
Requirements
- A desire to help a seniors access high quality care while remaining independent
- A desire to be out in the community instead of the same facility each day
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
- Passion for training, teaching, and equipping
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
- Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
- Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
