THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Franchise Resale Specialist is a part time position. As the Resale Training Specialist, your work will directly impact the success of the organization by influencing the performance and profitability of our recently transferred franchises. You are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resale transition process including onboarding and training.
As the point of contact for new owners, you are an ambassador for the brand. You are required to be a strong project manager to ensure that all parts of the resale process are completed in a timely manner and solve problems as they arise.
You have a high level of attention to detail and ability to analyze data. Your strengths include the creation and execution of systems and processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
Hours per week - Vary according to work flow - can be 0-15 hours per week.
The Resale Training Specialist must reside in one of the following states: OR, WA, CA, DC, FL, NC, OH, TN, PA, KY, TX, NJ, IL, MI, NY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In partnership with the Director of Franchise Operations, maintains and improves systems and processes for a strong resale onboarding process.
Owner Training and Communication:
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with new franchise owners as their primary corporate support contact and operational coach
- Maintains the learning and development tools on the barre3 LMS (HUB)
- Modifies and adjusts owner onboarding and training to create effectiveness and efficiency
- Corresponds in a timely and thorough manner to inquiries from owners via phone and email
- Ensures that all brand standards are being followed and met by barre3 Owners - provides compliance plan if needed
- Weekly calls with with the Owner 1x per week for 8 weeks, or as needed
Performance Metrics:
- Analyze and understand studio metrics that contribute to a successful studio
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunity and coach owners on resources and tactics to improve performance
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Works with the training team, marketing, retail, and operations team as needed to optimize support for owners needs.
- Communicates status in bi- monthly meetings with the Director of Franchise Operations.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years experience in operation management for franchise, fitness, retail or hospitality - preferably experience within a barre3 studio.
- Desired experience in Data and Analytics, reporting and analyzing complex data sets to make decisions
- Excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with the client and coworkers, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Ability to work independently on projects from start to finish.
- Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
