 Scope of Duties 

At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a genuine desire to make a difference in their work family and in their community. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties: 

  • Lead a team in competitively targeting, recruiting, and onboarding a high volume of candidates 
  • Perform all functions of recruiting, onboarding, and intaking candidates 
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and file management of employee data 
  • Provide project management and applicant tracking system weekly reports  
  • Collaborate with leadership to set clear hiring goals and report progress toward reaching them 
  • Lead and implement software and data management platform initiatives  
  • Other duties as assigned  

Requirements

  • Direct experience with recruiting in the caregiving, direct support worker and/or entry level healthcare field at an accelerated level 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   
  • Must be capable of organizing and overseeing a team 
  • Prior management experience preferred 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset 
  • Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills 
  • Proficiency with technology and electronic devices 
  • Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
