We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings, assisting buyers and sellers, and providing guidance throughout the real estate process. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping them navigate the buying and selling process
- Market properties through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Assist clients in determining the right price for their property based on market conditions
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the negotiation and closing process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and market conditions to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using MS Office
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
