Our friendly and supportive team at Windermere Real Estate is seeking a professional Real Estate Broker to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. As a Real Estate Broker , you will play a critical role in marketing listings and providing guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms.
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Effectively market and display real estate listings to attract potential buyers.
- Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract favorable offers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in order to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Demonstrated outstanding people skills and an aptitude for negotiation.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
