Responsibilities
- Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose customized solutions that suit their requirements
- Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Display and showcase attractive real estate properties to potential buyers
- Conduct research and perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of successful sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Pleasant, friendly, and trustworthy demeanor
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
