We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team at the Windermere office in your area. As a Real Estate Agent, your main responsibilities will include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties.
  • Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
  • Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Stay updated on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Trustworthy and customer-oriented with a friendly approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively sell properties.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be 18 years old or above.
