Physical Therapist Needed – Join Our Orthopedic Office in Eugene, OR

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic office in Eugene, OR. In this role, you’ll work with patients of all ages and varying diagnoses, tailoring treatment plans to meet their specific needs. Our individualized approach ensures that each patient receives the focused care they deserve. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Treat 1-2 patients per hour
• Assess patients’ physical capabilities and create custom treatment plans to support their recovery.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to alleviate pain, restore function, and promote mobility.
• Guide patients and families in developing at-home exercises for continued progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, tracking progress and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with complete benefits

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficiency with EMR software (WebPT is a plus).
• Clean professional license history.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
