Physical Therapist – Empower Independence

Join our team of dedicated professionals at an assisted living facility, where your expertise will help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Make a lasting impact through compassionate, individualized care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

What You’ll Contribute:

• Conduct assessments that uncover each resident’s potential and guide your care plans.
• Use therapeutic techniques that are as creative as they are effective, tailored to each individual.
• Empower families by sharing tools and exercises to support recovery at home.
• Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to create a comprehensive care approach.
• Keep organized, detailed records to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
