Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each resident’s challenges and goals.
• Implement innovative, evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families as they navigate their rehabilitation journey.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional, resident-centered care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
