Full-Time Physical Therapist – Enhance the Well-Being of Our Residents at the Assisted Living Facility

Are you ready to take your Physical Therapy career to the next level? At our Assisted Living Facility, we enable residents to regain their strength and confidence in a nurturing environment.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each resident’s challenges and goals.
• Implement innovative, evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families as they navigate their rehabilitation journey.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional, resident-centered care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
