Physical Therapist Opportunity – Make a Difference at Our Assisted Living Facility

Are you an accomplished Physical Therapist dedicated to making a difference in people's lives? Become a part of our Assisted Living Facility, where your skills will empower residents to achieve their rehabilitation objectives and regain their independence.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

A Day in the Life:

• Evaluate each resident’s unique needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide thoughtful, hands-on care to relieve pain and restore mobility.
• Engage with families to ensure they feel confident supporting their loved one’s journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Track progress and document outcomes to celebrate achievements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
