While some sales or office experience is helpful, we’re open to candidates who have the right attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow into the role.
About the Role
As the Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales efforts while keeping the day-to-day operations of our office running smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both client-facing and internal processes. You’ll collaborate with leadership and creative teams to develop tailored proposals, scope projects, and facilitate transitions from sales to delivery. This role combines essential account management with office administration to ensure our clients and team are supported.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Develop Proposals: Assist in crafting proposals, scopes of work, and contracts aligned with client goals and Murmur’s capabilities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with leadership and creative teams to ensure proposals are aligned with our strengths and client needs.
- CRM Proficiency: Become proficient with Pipedrive, our CRM, and work to optimize its use for tracking sales activities, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring all features are utilized effectively.
Office Management & Administration
- Manage Office Needs: Keep the office organized, clean, and well-stocked with supplies and snacks.
- Support the Account Director: Assist with administrative tasks, meeting preparation, and project coordination.
- Prepare for Meetings: Set up materials, organize logistics, and create a welcoming environment for clients and team members.
- Client Hospitality: Order/pick up lunches, make coffee, and go above and beyond to ensure clients feel valued.
- Run Errands: Handle occasional errands as needed to support the team and clients.

Requirements
Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools (experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive is a plus).
- Positive, proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred (but not required):
- Sales or office management experience.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and contract development.
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales strategies.
