Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Columbus Greens, a 268-unit manufactured housing community in Albany, OR. This position involves performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspect of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Wednesday; 8am-5pm (Part Time Position - 24 Hours Per Week)

Requirements
Job Requirements:
1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician at a manufactured housing or multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing
breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
Clean out repossessed homes/park owned homes
Mow lawns and maintain landscaping, including pruning of trees and bushes in common area
Maintain equipment including vehicles, lawn mowing equipment, miscellaneous tools, etc.
Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the Community Manager about re-ordering needs
Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a faced paced team-oriented environment
Other tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Regional Manager
Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment
Ability to interact professionally with community residents, staff members, and visitors
Must have a valid driver's license
