Occupational Therapist – Transform Lives Through Care

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to design and implement individualized treatment plans for residents in our assisted living community. Bring your skills and compassion to a role where you’ll support residents in achieving their daily living goals.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

What You’ll Contribute:

• Assess physical, cognitive, and social needs, and develop personalized care plans.
• Use practical and creative therapeutic approaches to meet residents’ goals.
• Work closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to support progress.
• Document each resident’s journey to ensure they receive the highest quality care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.

·         Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.

·         Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.

·        Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
