Occupational Therapist – Empower Independence

Join our assisted living team as a full-time Occupational Therapist and help residents regain independence through personalized therapeutic care. Your expertise will make a lasting impact on their quality of life in a supportive, professional environment.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed evaluations to identify residents’ strengths and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that inspire progress.
• Build relationships with residents and their families to foster a sense of trust and collaboration.
• Track and document progress with care and attention to detail.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.

·         Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.

·         Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.

·        Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
