Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

Your Day-to-Day:

• Evaluate residents’ needs and goals through thoughtful assessments.
• Design therapy plans that help residents rebuild confidence and function.
• Collaborate with a caring team of professionals and engage families in the recovery process.
• Keep clear and organized records to support ongoing care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.

·         Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.

·         Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.

·        Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
