Join Our Assisted Living Facility as a Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Make Every Day Count!

Do you recognize the potential of therapy to create significant change in people's lives? We are seeking a committed Occupational Therapist to empower our residents at our Assisted Living Facility to reach their maximum potential.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand each resident’s goals.
• Use thoughtful interventions to enhance residents’ strength, balance, and cognitive skills.
• Build trust with families by involving them in the care process and providing guidance.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in documenting care plans and progress.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.

·         Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.

·         Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.

·        Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
