Occupational Therapist – Full-Time Join Our Assisted Living Team and Contribute Your Passion and Expertise!

Are you an Occupational Therapist who takes pride in empowering individuals to reclaim their independence? Become a vital part of our dedicated team at an Assisted Living Facility, where your skills will significantly impact the lives of our residents.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents' unique needs and create tailored therapy plans.
• Use innovative and compassionate therapeutic approaches to improve physical and cognitive abilities.
• Partner with families and caregivers to celebrate progress and achieve rehabilitation milestones.
• Maintain accurate records to track progress and guide care plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.

·         Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.

·         Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.

·        Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
