Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide exceptional maintenance support for two manufactured housing communities, Butte Crest (118 units) and Table Rock (75 units), located in Eagle Point, OR and Central Point, OR. This position involves performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspect of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Compensation: $25.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am-5pm

Requirements
Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician at a manufactured housing or multi-family community of 100+ units
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
- Cleans vacant long-standing units and property signage
- Promote positive, proactive resident relations by demonstrating fair, and consistent treatment during all resident interactions
- Must manually read water meters as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Regional Manager
- Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment
- Ability to interact professionally with community residents, staff members, and visitors
- Must have a valid driver's license
- A team player
