Requirements:
As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will perform property maintenance/repairs as needed/requested by residents and/or property management staff. Property maintenance/repair duties may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, etc. Perform exterior maintenance including roof, parking lot, and pool/recreation area, snow removal, trash pick-up, etc. Additionally, you will perform duties to turn apartments and ensure that move-in standards are met. Townfair Apartments (265 Units) is a beautiful apartment community in Gresham, OR and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician on a multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
Experience in building upkeep and assisting with landscaping work
Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast paced team-oriented environment
Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule
Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs unassisted
A team player
Must have a valid driver's license
