Salary:
- $52k-$70k per year, part-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
- Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state.
- Two (2) years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
- Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
