Castile Kitchen & Bath, Eugene’s #1 kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team!
Primary responsibilities include a thorough understanding of kitchen and bathroom designs, constructing kitchens and bathrooms according to project requirements and specification, managing budgets, ordering supplies and materials, managing subcontractors and interacting with the clients. If you have kitchen and bath remodeling experience, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, let’s talk!
This is a full-time position; standard workdays are Monday through Friday.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Essential Functions:
The Carpenter will be performing a variety of construction activities for clients in the Lane County area.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Constructing and remodeling kitchens and bathrooms according to project requirements and specifications.
Safely and efficiently handling materials and operating all equipment, including power tools.
Managing projects schedule and budget.
Interacting with homeowners and subcontractors.
Inspecting delivered materials to ensure quantity and quality control.
Maintaining a high level of safety, quality, organization and cleanliness.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of general carpentry experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in construction and remodeling
- 40 hour work week - Occasional Saturday as needed for special events
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
