Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Manage and cultivate client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to identify appropriate Insurance products for clients.
- Educate clients about various insurance options and coverage policies.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and follow up with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand various insurance products and coverages.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid insurance license in the relevant state, or willingness to obtain one.
