In-Person Tutor

Tutor Me Education, a leading educational service provider in the primary and secondary education space, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for creating safe, nurturing, and dynamic environments where students can learn and grow. We are looking for teachers and tutors with special education experience to provide 1:1 instruction to students in Portland, OR!

Here are the details:

• In-person tutoring around Portland, OR.
• Tutoring happens 2-4 times a week
• SPED experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching/Tutoring experience preferred
• Experience with students that have IEPs and/or learning disabilities
• Strong subject knowledge in core academic areas, including English and Math
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously
