Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Home Sales Associate to join our team at our manufactured housing community, Oakridge (210 units), located in Phoenix, OR. This position involves supporting our Home Sales Department in all home sales in the community by assisting prospective buyers with finding and purchasing homes while showcasing the benefits of the community. This position will manage the sales process, from lead generation and tours to contract completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.

Requirements
Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective buyers in finding and purchasing manufactured homes within the community
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email and in-person timely and in a professional manner
- Conduct tours of available homes and explain community features and benefits
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate filing systems for resident documents, invoices, and property records
- Maintain knowledge of community policies, pricing, promotions and local regulations
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with property management software, such as Manage America, CRM tools for lead tracking and sales management, etc.
- Must have a valid driver's license
