Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers according to airline protocols.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures to passengers.
• Assist passengers in finding their seats and stowing their luggage as needed.
• Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and requests during the flight.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers, accommodating dietary restrictions when possible.
• Manage in-flight issues with professionalism and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old by the date of application.
• Fluent in at least one native language; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and assist passengers as needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
