Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers throughout the flight.
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers according to airline protocols.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures to passengers.
- Assist passengers in finding their seats and stowing their luggage as needed.
- Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and requests during the flight.
- Serve food and beverages to passengers, accommodating dietary restrictions when possible.
- Manage in-flight issues with professionalism and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old by the date of application.
- Fluent in at least one native language; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and assist passengers as needed.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
