Early Childhood Play and Education Assistant

Our partner is seeking an Early Childhood Play and Education Assistant in Rogue River, Oregon. This full-time position (with potential for part-time for the right candidate) offers an opportunity to work in an on-site daycare facility for employees' children. The role involves supporting children's early development in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment while working closely with the Daycare Manager and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing daycare environment.
• Support children’s early development through play and structured activities.
• Engage children in age-appropriate playtime and learning experiences.
• Work alongside the Daycare Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with parents who are on-site and available in case of emergencies.
