The Deep Clean is an integral part of the barre3 experience. You are hired as part of the Operations Team as the work you do during your shift is what makes the client experience and helps us deliver our brand as premium. Your goal is to clean the studio during studio close times in a way that it is unable to be done throughout the day. You follow the studio’s deep clean checklist to ensure that all of the studio's needs are met. You have excellent attention to detail and are a team player. You have a passion for fitness while embracing whole-body health and community connection as equally important pillars of barre3.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the studio deep clean checklist each shift to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects per checklist
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Clean studio room, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Takes direction and constructive feedback.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Works a minimum of 2 shifts per week, approx. 4 hours per studio location. 8-10 hour per week total
