Upcore, a leading accounting firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Curriculum Designer to join our team. As a Curriculum Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and designing educational programs and materials for our clients and internal staff. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization while making a significant impact in the accounting industry.

In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for analyzing training needs, conducting research, and designing comprehensive curriculum plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with our instructional designers and multimedia specialists to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and design comprehensive curriculum materials for accounting training programs.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to ensure curriculum relevance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and identify learning objectives.
  • Create engaging and interactive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to develop multimedia-rich learning experiences.
  • Review and revise curriculum materials based on feedback, evaluation, and industry changes.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and instructional design methodologies to enhance curriculum design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Curriculum Designer in the accounting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity and a passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
