Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their real estate needs
- Market and advertise properties through various channels to attract potential buyers
- Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating offers and closing deals
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire transaction process
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with technology and proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
