As a Broker at our friendly and welcoming Gleneden Beach office, your role will involve marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide suitable solutions
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices
• Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
