Requirements
As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people lease their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Waverly Gardens (147 Units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Portland, OR and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience working as a Property Manager and leading a team
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Bonus Skills
Yardi Experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
