Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to staff.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
