Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, and grinding operations according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Operate shear machines to cut materials to size.
• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and fold metal sheets.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder Shear Press Brake Operator.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with operating shear and press brake machines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
