Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to drive awareness and increase market share
• Lead a high-performing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels
• Manage brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to guide strategic planning
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
