As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist at Riverside Ford of Tulsa, you will play a crucial role in the success of our dealership by acquiring Retail and wholesale vehicles for our inventory. You will be responsible for sourcing vehicles through various channels, negotiating purchase prices, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring that our inventory meets the needs and expectations of our customers. This position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and good phone skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Vehicles: Utilize various channels such as auctions, private sellers, trade-ins, and online platforms to source high-quality vehicles for the dealership's inventory.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase prices with sellers to ensure competitive pricing and maximum profitability for the dealership.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles with the preowned Director to assess their condition, identify any potential issues, and determine their market value.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, private sellers, and other sources to establish a reliable network for acquiring vehicles.
- Documentation: Manage all documentation related to vehicle acquisitions, including purchase agreements, titles, and vehicle histories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
