CREOKS Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Transportation Manager to join our dynamic team in the mental health care industry. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing a team of transportation staff, and developing strategies to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of transportation operations and logistics.
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems for client transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Oversee the training and development of transportation staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of transportation services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate client needs and transportation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transportation management or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with mental health care services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
