Superintendent

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join a Commercial Construction Company in OKC. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Supervise and direct field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience with Procore or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on-time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
