As the preferred choice for Heat Transfer new manufacturing and MRO, TAT-Limco affords the best-value solutions for our Military customers globally. TAT Limco in Tulsa, OK is looking for an experienced Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and Business Analyst for our TAT Limco facility in Tulsa, OK.

The SIOP & Business Analyst is responsible for overseeing the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes within an aerospace organization. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective planning strategies that align with business goals. The SIOP & Business Analyst ensures that the supply chain operates efficiently, meeting customer demand while managing inventory levels and production schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the SIOP process & strategy, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and production planning
  • Lead the SIOP planning cycle, including monthly/weekly meetings, to review forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align supply and demand
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to generate accurate forecasts and identify potential issues
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to improve turnover and reduce carrying costs
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing excess inventory and stockouts
  • Develop and manage inventory policies and procedures to ensure effective inventory control
  • Implement strategies to manage inventory obsolescence and excess stock
  • Work with production and procurement teams to develop and maintain production schedules that meet forecasted demand
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, and operations
  • Prepare and present SIOP reports on KPI performance, including analysis of deviations from the plan and recommendations for improvement to senior management
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SIOP process
  • Develop and maintain SIOP documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Stay current with industry best practices and trends in sales, inventory, and operations planning
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and feedback
  • Assist in project planning, implementation, and monitoring
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in SIOP, supply chain management, or a related role
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, SIOP software (e.g., Pentagon 2000), and business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred
  • Experience with advanced planning and scheduling tools preferred
  • Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) preferred
