Requirements

Community Managers- Starting Pay: $55,000/year

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of apartment community operations. This includes managing staff, maintaining budgets, ensuring quality resident services, and driving resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in property management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating thriving communities.

Assistant Managers - Starting Pay: $18/hour

In this role, you will work closely with the Community Manager to support day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, resident relations, and assisting with staff management. The ideal Assistant Manager will have excellent organizational abilities, superb customer service skills, and the flexibility to handle a wide range of duties.

Leasing Specialists - Starting Pay: $16/hour

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our communities, responsible for generating leads, conducting property tours, and signing new leases. We seek candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, a talent for sales, and a drive to deliver an outstanding leasing experience.

Maintenance Technicians - Starting Pay: $20/hour

Our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of our communities, ensuring that all apartment homes and common areas are well-maintained and in optimal condition. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with building systems, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Make Ready Technicians - Starting Pay: $16/hour

Make Ready Technicians play a crucial role in preparing vacant apartments for new residents. This includes cleaning, painting, and completing minor repairs to ensure each home is move-in ready. We seek individuals with attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the physical stamina to complete these important tasks.
