Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project goals and specifications.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and manpower necessary for project execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, including any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead project teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
