Outside Sales Leader - Base Salary - Residential Internet

We are GROWING in Oklahoma and adding another Sales Leader to our team of 13 outside sales Reps in that area.

• Base Salary: 48k / year
• Gas and Mileage: $6k / year
• Commission: $20,000 - $30,000+ / year
• 33 hours a week (5.5 hours a day for 6 days a week)
• Paid travel for training (Flight, Hotel, Food, rental car)

Pay Range: $95,000 - 125,000/year

Requirements

Desired Skills

• Residential Sales Experience (Roofing, Solar, Water Treatment, Pest control, etc)
• Some training experience is helpful but not required. (Leadership by example is most important)
• Closing techniques, handling objections (rebuttals), professional persistence.

Practical request & Work Environment

• Valid and current Drivers License
• Ability to travel overnight within 75 - 250 miles from your home
• Your own reliable transportation
• Reliable transportation on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis with the ability to drive directly to your territory each week
• Ability to pass a background check 
• Desire to achieve your personal financial goals 
• Disciplined and self-motivated (you will never go to an “office”) 
• High school degree or equivalent

Total Compensation:  $90,000/yearly (first year minimum)
