Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa and Snell Collision. Family owned and operated; the Snell family began serving the Dallas community in 1973.

As a Ford Mobile Technician, you will provide exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services to Ford vehicle owners at their location rather than at the dealership. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in a variety of offsite settings, ensuring the same high standards of service and customer satisfaction that our dealership is known for.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Service Delivery: Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic services on Ford vehicles. Ensure all work is conducted to Ford’s standards and specifications.
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication about the nature of the repair, estimated time of completion, and any necessary follow-up actions.
  • Documentation: Complete all required paperwork and digital documentation for each job, including service reports, repair orders, and parts used. Ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire replacements, while adhering to Ford’s service protocols.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements, including proper handling of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools within the mobile service vehicle, ensuring all necessary equipment is available for each job.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay current with Ford’s latest service bulletins, repair procedures, and technical updates to provide the most effective service.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and address customer feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
