Loader/Unloader

Position Overview:
As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of shipments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, ensuring packages are properly loaded for delivery and unloaded for processing. This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading Duties: Safely and efficiently load packages onto trucks or trailers for outgoing deliveries.
• Unloading Duties: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and sort items for further processing.
• Inventory Handling: Assist in organizing and storing inventory to maintain a streamlined warehouse operation.
• Package Inspection: Check packages for accuracy and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Equipment Use: Operate warehouse tools such as pallet jacks or conveyor belts (training provided).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Safety Practices: Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required—we offer training!
• A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
