Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Answer questions and provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as arranging tours or activities.
- Provide recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of events, attractions, and amenities in the area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
