Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide strategic guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with B2B marketing is a plus.
- Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus.
